What gets built here.

We build AI products that solve a narrow problem extremely well for a specific audience. Ideally ones where we use the product ourselves. No horizontal platforms, no AI-for-everything plays.

    Narrow problem, specific audience.

    We would rather own a tight slice of a specific market than skim a large one. Petrolmate is fuel prices. Carat Hunter is diamond prices. Every venture has a sharp, defensible brief.

    We use it ourselves.

    Every venture is a tool we want to exist. Dogfooding is the quickest way to build the right thing and the surest way to spot when we are building the wrong thing.

    AI is a material, not a story.

    Each venture uses AI where AI is the right tool and conventional software where it is not. The customer does not need to know which is which. They just need the thing to work.

    Unit economics on day one.

    Every venture has a viable unit model at launch or a visible path to one within twelve months. We do not subsidise products with services revenue indefinitely.
